This pocket sized VAT-paid beautiful and only 845 hours used Prestige 36 yacht just give you the feeling being onboard of a 50 foot yacht, after entering her trough hull boarding door the first impression standing on perfect teak decking is being on a yacht that’s well ahead of others in her class. Heavy stainless clamps and a large sliding door give the extraordinary look and feel of comfort. A very nice detail from the cockpit are very wide and massive teak pieces of wood mounted on top of her pot lids.

Saloon:

A crème leather upholstery with seating for 6 and a large saloon table

gives you that extra space when more than 2 guests spend their night on board.

An integrated bar is found on port-side and a newly installed sound system is also found on board.

A nice wooden floor complete this ample sized saloon and gives you comfort at offseason temperatures because of her coolant powered heating system.

Helm position:

A very comfortable helm position is found on starboard with double seats in the same crème

leather and high gloss varnish as found throughout the yacht. This well-equipped helm

ensures comfortable cruising during cold and wet circumstances.

Modern VDO gauges both analog and digital, a MAX Power bow-thruster, Plastimo 105 offshore compass, Raymarine systems for safe and comfortable navigation.

Galley:

A modern galley with lots of cupboards, stainless sink, hot and cold water mixer tap, microwave, large Isotherm fridge and a Corian composite work top makes you feel at home, both space and comfort wise. For cooking we find a brand new induction HOB and also a brand new microwave/grill/oven combination. A rigid non-carpeted galley floor ensures hygiene and easy cleaning when spilled during cooking or mixing tropical beverages.

Guest cabin:

On starboard side just in front of the galley you find a twin bedded guest room with plenty

space for two and baggage. Hanging lockers, double bed light lamps, mirror and good

ventilation with in-hull placed portholes. The factory option for conversion to a double is present. Quite a nice place to stay for longer periods as guest.

Owners cabin:

An ample sized owners cabin is found in her bow, a large French styled double bed with

access from both sides, lots of space and clothing cabinets. Double stainless portholes below

deck-line gives you ventilation during heavy rain and ensure safe closure at bad sea weather.

Privacy ‘ensuite’ access with double doors to the well-equipped bathroom is of course another Prestige standard.

Bathroom:

A well-equipped bathroom is found on port-side and has all common features as electric

toilet, sink, hot and cold water mixing taps for both wash basin and shower compartment. A stainless styled wash basin comes standard for easy cleaning.

The shower is enclosed with a sliding plexiglass door to keep the bathroom dry while taking a shower.

Cockpit and bathing platform:

A comfortable seat is normal on an open cockpit Flybridge yacht, with this Prestige you’ve just found one with the desired davits for a dinghy.

Well lighted built in top lights shine her cockpit deck at night and the fully integrated staircase towards her fly bridge is there for your comfort.

Fly bridge: Just stunning! A good and well-designed fly to accommodate owner and guests for pleasure only. A feature I very much like is the backrest option that can be lowered to convert the entire seating to a sun pas area.

Engines:

One of Volvo’s best built engines, these highly reliable KAMD 300 engines will

only stop due to a lack of fuel. Nice detail is this example has only 845 engine hours.

Twin 300 hp and due to the Prestiges overall weight ratio very economical with only 8 litres

In total per hour at 8.5 knots.

Volvo´s EDC shift controls levers take on every action you give them with reliability and precision.
